Business Description

Aslan Seattle is a 21+ taproom located in the heart of the Fremont neighborhood, serving 100% certified organic beer. Our vibrant and intimate space features ten different beers on draft, an array of natural wines, local cider, hard kombucha, and cans and bottles to go. If you’re interested in curbside pick-up, check out our to-go options here.

We serve food from our neighbors and friends, Local Tide. With a locally influenced, seafood-focused menu, Local Tide shares our values of sustainability and high-quality ingredients. You can order from their regular menu in our taproom while enjoying our beer and space.

At Aslan Seattle, we host a range of monthly events such as live music, tasting events, and more! We also have rental options for private events. The unique vibe of the space is owed to the handbuilt bar, tables, and benches, refurbished from a roof made of Douglas Fir and steel salvaged from razed buildings in Seattle. The warm and captivating artwork on our walls was done by local artist and friend Connor McPherson.

Our mission is to produce and distribute world-class organic beer using local resources, low-impact practices, and socially equitable initiatives in order to promote a healthier, happier, and more conscious community.

With effort and intention, we accept with humility the power we are gifted to influence friends and neighbors to aim for a more eco-friendly lifestyle. There’s nothing more sustainable than ensuring everything we do benefits us all in the long run.

As we grow and our impact on the world becomes inevitably larger, we will continue to search for more ways to minimize, or completely eliminate, the footprints we leave behind. There is no greater mission than that (and to brew really good beer, of course). Below are some highlights of our efforts in sustainability and regenerative practices.
